About This Role
- Lead and coordinate the operations team to meet short and long term goals, ensuring efficient planning and execution to reduce waste and achieve organizational milestones.
- Manage workforce development through regular coaching and feedback based on performance metrics and objectives.
- Drive quality improvements by identifying opportunities, leading initiatives, and updating procedures, while handling escalations and reporting to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years overall work experience in Defined Contribution domain with at least 4 years specifically in Transaction Operations.
- Degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Intermediate Excel and basic knowledge of MS Access required.
- Must be flexible to work in US shift hours.
