About This Role
- Configure and manage assessment platform setups including links, scoring, reports, and custom content uploads with quality assurance before delivery.
- Support project coordination, documentation, task tracking, and process improvements across multiple client projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure quick updates and issue resolution to improve client experience and operational efficiency using AI tools where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in operations and deliveries, preferably in assessment solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, B.Tech/M.Tech, B.Com/BBA/MBA or related fields.
- Location: Gurgaon, India.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with AI tools are critical.

- Experienced in end-to-end configuration and quality checks of psychometric or similar assessment platforms.
- Operates as a senior individual contributor with a focus on operational excellence and fast-paced project delivery.
- Comfortable working in hybrid office settings and coordinating across internal teams and client requirements effectively.
