About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side applications and RESTful/microservices APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end, QA, and product to deliver end-to-end features and maintain system reliability.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, security, and reliability while participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and CI/CD processes, leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python (Django, Flask), or .NET Core.
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases including data modeling and query optimization.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, API security (OAuth, JWT), asynchronous processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching, and basic DevOps tooling (Git, CI/CD, Docker).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
