About This Role
- Ensure operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows across internal and external systems.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions using AI-assisted tools and observability techniques.
- Analyze trends and incidents to support incident, problem, and change management, aiming for continuous service improvement and resiliency.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
- Formal training or certification in IT services troubleshooting and maintenance concepts.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools for incident triage with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
- Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments including on-premises and public cloud; familiarity with observability tools; exposure to ITIL framework processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI-assisted processes within IT incident/problem/change management in complex production environments.
- Comfortable working in regulated or financial services-like settings where operational stability and security are critical.
- Capable of independently validating AI recommendations and driving operational process improvements using automation and scripting skills.
