About This Role
- Own monitoring and operational support of critical technology platforms to ensure service health and incident resolution.
- Coordinate incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and recovery efforts with multiple technology teams.
- Maintain and improve operational documentation, support automation initiatives, and contribute to service reliability and business continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent through training, military, or education.
- Experience in Mission Control, Command Center, Event Management, or Major Incident Management environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management (Incident, Event, Problem, Change Management).
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Grafana, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading service restoration across application and infrastructure outages in complex environments.
- Skilled at incident triage, impact analysis, escalation management, and cross-team coordination during critical production incidents.
- Able to drive automation and process improvements focused on enhancing service stability and reducing manual effort.
