About This Role
- Participate in development and implementation of new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.
- Identify and define necessary system enhancements by analyzing and interpreting code and scripts.
- Advise or coach junior analysts and operate with limited supervision, providing solutions to technical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry in an Applications Development role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in Applications Development within Financial Services.

- Intermediate level Applications Development professional familiar with application system analysis and programming.
- Capable of operating independently with autonomy and providing subject matter expertise to senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in problem-solving, decision-making, and managing deadlines under pressure in a technology environment.
