About This Role
- Support product lifecycle by defining requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlog for features/modules.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver technically sound B2B health tech solutions.
- Assist in market research, analyze product metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders to inform strategy and product iterations.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 2 years experience in product management, business analysis, software development, or related B2B SaaS role.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand system architecture and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Passion for user experience and empathy in understanding user needs.
- Formal degree not mandatory if practical product management capabilities are demonstrated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or interest in US healthcare industry, especially health tech related to credentialing or provider management.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced startup environments, showing adaptability and proactive learning.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to bridge business and technical teams and drive initiatives forward.
