About This Role
- Deconstruct and refactor a massive legacy monolithic application into modular React (Next.js) components using a strict design system.
- Design and deploy normalized, secure PostgreSQL databases with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies for multi-tenant data isolation.
- Build secure middleware and microservices integrating deeply with enterprise ecosystems like Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API), including OAuth2 token handling and webhook configuration.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with production-level expertise in Next.js (App Router, SSR, API routes) and NodeJS.
- Deep expertise in PostgreSQL; experience with AWS, migrations, and complex Row-Level Security (RLS) policies is a significant plus.
- Experience untangling and modernizing legacy spaghetti code.
- Experience integrating enterprise APIs such as Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, and Azure AD OAuth flows.

- Operates as a full-stack architect capable of both frontend (Next.js/React) and backend (PostgreSQL, API Gateway) architecture and development.
- Experienced in enterprise SaaS environments with strong security-first mindset aligned with OWASP top 10 and enterprise IT audit standards.
- Proficient in leveraging AI coding assistants and CI/CD (GitHub Actions) to enable rapid and secure software delivery.
