About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable AI-powered software applications to support social impact organizations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with product goals and business priorities.
- Participate in Agile development processes and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve software delivery and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in application design and development using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Proficiency with C#, .NET Core, object-oriented principles, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, relational databases, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with source control (Git) and continuous integration.
- Experience building cloud-based applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Technically strong in both backend and frontend development with a focus on scalable and accessible solutions.
