About This Role
- Own and improve key revenue cycle management (RCM) metrics for US healthcare clients including net collection rate, days in AR, denial rate, and clean claim rate, with weekly reporting and action.
- Manage daily execution of AR follow-up, denial management, billing accuracy, and payment posting prioritizing high-value tasks.
- Lead and develop team leads and specialists, ensure quality standards, drive root cause analysis of denials, and communicate operational updates to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong working command of RCM metrics including net collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90, denial rate, first-pass resolution rate, clean claim rate, and cost to collect.
- 8+ years of experience in US healthcare revenue cycle with 3+ years managing teams.
- Hands-on experience in AR follow-up, denial management, CARC and RARC interpretation, and appeals.
- Experience owning client SLAs and reporting performance to US stakeholders; Familiarity with US payer portals, clearinghouses, and practice management or EHR systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally focused leader able to analyze, explain, and improve detailed RCM metric trends in a client-facing role.
- Experienced in managing delivery pods/teams responsible for AR and denial workflows within US healthcare revenue cycle.
- Comfortable working onsite in Chennai and collaborating with US stakeholders, emphasizing accountability and process improvement.
