About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature development from requirements through schema design, API, UI development, and production release for healthcare revenue cycle systems.
- Build and maintain React + Tailwind front end and Spring Boot + PostgreSQL backend services with clean REST APIs, robust validation, error handling, and performance at scale.
- Ensure quality and compliance with tests around key logic (money, eligibility, PHI), enforce healthcare data discipline including least privilege, no PHI in logs, and audit trails.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production web applications end-to-end.
- Strong proficiency in React (hooks, component composition, state management) and Tailwind CSS in production.
- Solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot frameworks including REST APIs, dependency injection, JPA/JDBC, and Spring Security.
- In-depth PostgreSQL knowledge: schema design, indexing, joins, transactions, query tuning beyond ORM defaults.
- Location requirement: On-site in Chennai.
- Experience with Git, code review, CI/CD, and containerized deployment required.
- Experience with HIPAA-regulated systems, audit logging, or access control models is required as per job highlights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has working knowledge or direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle systems and data flows (claims, eligibility, denials, CPT, ICD-10).
- Operates with high ownership and accountability, shipping features quickly with test coverage and measurable impact on reducing manual operational effort.
- Comfortable working in a senior-led, compliance-regulated environment with stringent quality and security standards.
