About This Role
- Build and own production AI pipeline services for healthcare eligibility and authorization, managing PHI boundaries strictly.
- Design, integrate, and evaluate LLM prompt systems ensuring reliable, automatable model output replacing manual phone calls.
- Own service reliability, uptime, error handling, and collaborate closely with billing domain experts to encode concrete domain expertise.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building production software with strong Python skills.
- Experience integrating LLMs into production systems including prompt design and evaluation.
- Solid skills in data pipeline and API engineering.
- Must be able to work on-site full-time; no remote work permitted.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare data compliance, particularly handling PHI and healthcare data standards like X12 270/271 (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in building evaluation harnesses to quantitatively measure model output improvements and service reliability.
- Capable of translating complex domain rules by collaborating directly with non-engineering billing specialists, emphasizing reliability and automation impact.
