About This Role
- Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of secure, high-quality software solutions using Java, Python, and AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability within the team.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of practical software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Demonstrated leadership in using approved AI-assisted software development tools with knowledge of responsible and secure AI use.
- Proficient with Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, security, and resiliency.

- Experienced in applying AI-assisted development tools to enhance team engineering practices and operational outcomes.
- Capable of leading technical evaluations and integrating enterprise software solutions into existing system architectures.
- Has a background or awareness of compliance, security, and operational stability in engineering software for financial services or similar regulated environments.
