About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot multiple components within Employee Platforms secure technology products.
- Write secure, high-quality code using modern programming languages with limited guidance, leveraging enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools.
- Apply technical troubleshooting and software development lifecycle tools to improve application stability and automation value.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts plus 2+ years applied experience.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a large corporate environment.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in software engineering-related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development workflows and understanding responsible AI use including security and data sensitivity.
- Experienced in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies such as CI/CD and Application Security.
- Practical exposure to modern Java full stack development, including React and TypeScript, and familiarity with cloud and AI technologies.
