About This Role
- Lead IT transformation, transition, and operational improvement projects including managing plans, risks, dependencies, and governance.
- Monitor and report on delivery KPIs, resource utilization, financials, and operational performance through executive dashboards and MIS reports.
- Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and support client governance forums and executive presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in IT Transformation, Program/Project Management, Delivery Management, or Operations Management.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Dashboards.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field preferred; certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale IT transformation or outsourcing/managed services programs with strong governance and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and financial management capabilities, able to develop insightful executive reporting and presentations.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT leaders, delivery teams, and clients to ensure program execution and operational efficiency.
