About This Role
- Own implementation and ongoing management of credit policies, controls, regulatory requirements, and governance processes across credit risk, operations, compliance, finance, technology, and audit.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting submissions (CRILC/CIC, RBI Tranches, credit support schemes), audit preparations and responses, and manage credit control compliance and remediation.
- Support pricing, capital management, credit stress tests, and vendor administration to ensure regulatory and business growth requirements are met on time.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, credit regulations, policies, and controls.
- Strong knowledge of credit policy implementation, control frameworks, and regulatory reporting.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
