About This Role
- Lead digital learning technology strategy and design, focusing on automation and innovation in learning operations.
- Manage and deliver complex technology projects across cross-functional teams ensuring cost optimization and timely completion.
- Provide client advisory, conduct needs assessments, define learning tech roadmaps, and support vendor selection globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of experience in digital learning solutions, technology leadership, or enterprise platform implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; postgraduate certifications preferred.
- Hands-on experience with eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI, CMi5) and LMS/LXP platforms (Cornerstone OnDemand, Moodle, Saba Cloud, SuccessFactors).
- Proven consulting experience in strategy, technology, or digital transformation roles.

- Strategic thinker with strong consulting background in technology and digital transformation focused on learning ecosystems.
- Experienced in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and analysts.
- Familiar with AI tools (generative and agentic AI), innovative learning technologies like gamification, AR/VR, and skilled in business and vendor relationship management.
