About This Role
- Own the end-to-end user experience for assigned clinical AI and healthcare platform product areas, from problem framing through design, validation, implementation, and post-release refinement.
- Conduct user research including clinical shadowing and usability testing to inform product decisions for professional users in healthcare settings.
- Design and maintain design systems and data-dense, low-error workflows and interfaces compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA, collaborating closely with product managers and frontend engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Interaction, Communication or Product Design, HCI or related discipline from highly selective institutions (e.g., NID Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay IDC).
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in hands-on product design of complex B2B SaaS, enterprise, healthcare/medtech or similar demanding products actually shipped and used.
- Portfolio: 3-5 case studies from shipped complex products demonstrating user research, interaction design, and engineering collaboration.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Figma including design systems, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing for complex, dense data workflows and B2B healthcare or medtech products with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic problem framing and iterative user-centered design.
- Comfortable conducting contextual user research including clinical shadowing with expert healthcare users and influencing product direction with evidence.
- Capable of maintaining design systems and collaborating effectively with engineering teams on frontend implementation and accessibility compliance.
