About This Role
- Own end-to-end automation testing strategy for web and API applications, aligning with product and project goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, monitor automation quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices using AI-assisted tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of software testing experience with at least 2-3 years in a lead role.
- Proficient in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript with strong skills in web and API automation using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, or equivalent.
- Experience designing automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Graduation degree required.
