About This Role
- Operate and maintain an e-commerce platform on both on-premises and cloud infrastructure ensuring site reliability and platform stability.
- Respond to incidents including major incident management, execute changes, and lead root cause analysis of high priority incidents (P1/P2).
- Collaborate with teams and third-party suppliers to implement automation, optimize cloud costs, maintain security (vulnerability patching), and improve operational efficiencies through scripting and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Linux and Windows system installation, configuration, and management.
- Strong working experience managing and maintaining public clouds such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Must have skills include managing Linux systems; experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix is mandatory.
- Graduation degree required; willing to work in shifts as per role requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with cloud-native and hybrid system configuration and optimization, including Java application server management (e.g., JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat).
- Proficient in incident and problem management, including documentation and ticket handling in tools like Jira/Confluence within Agile environments.
- Has hands-on experience or knowledge in automation (Terraform/CloudFormation), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), scripting (Python), and working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases for operational support.
