About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise-grade web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Provide technical leadership including mentoring developers and defining application architecture and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive performance optimization and security initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of Full Stack Development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL), Git, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experienced in leading full stack development teams and mentoring developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Strong background in designing scalable, secure microservices architecture and distributed systems.
