About This Role
- Lead strategic data engineering initiatives including data platform modernization, cloud migration, and data transformation.
- Establish engineering standards and best practices such as coding standards, CI/CD processes, testing frameworks, and data quality across teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, conduct architecture reviews, ensure data governance and compliance, optimize platform performance and costs, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience in distributed technologies.
- Graduate/Engineering degree required.
- Mandatory skills: Snowflake, AWS Batch, Informatica, PLSQL Oracle (or equivalent RDBMS), CI/CD and DevOps tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira), cloud environment experience using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Location requirement: Chennai or Bangalore (Manyata).
