About This Role
- Lead development and assessment of AI architectures aligning with business goals, focusing on Generative AI solutions.
- Design operating models and comprehensive blueprints for scalable, efficient Generative AI implementations integrating with existing workflows.
- Create strategic roadmaps with KPIs for AI initiatives and lead incubation, prototyping, and deployment of new Generative AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in AI architecture or Generative AI.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or BE.
- Must have strong knowledge and proven experience in AI architectures, frameworks, Python programming, and deep learning models (CNN, RNN, GAN).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager capable of strategic advisory and cross-functional collaboration in AI/ML environments, preferably with Telecom, Hi-Tech, or software platform industry exposure.
- Technical leader with a track record of end-to-end AI solution delivery and innovation incubation in dynamic settings.
- Skilled in combining AI technical expertise with business optimization, stakeholder management, and design thinking for impactful results.
