About This Role
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and support of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance Record to Report solutions including compliance with global accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Drive SAP global finance process harmonization, standardization, and integration during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and ERP transformation programs.
- Own delivery activities such as testing, deployment, cutover planning, and continuous improvement including mentoring and governance within the Global Capability Center.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years SAP Finance implementation experience with at least 5 years on SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Record to Report modules including Universal Journal, Accounts Payable, Receivable, Asset Accounting, Material Ledger, RAR, and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
- Experience supporting ERP integrations and finance process harmonization during mergers and acquisitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in offshore/global capability center environments supporting multi-geography SAP finance transformations.
- Demonstrates strong functional leadership with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Business Process owners in complex ERP integrations.
- Comfortable driving adoption of SAP Finance best practices and compliance frameworks including SOX, IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
