About This Role
- Lead design, development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts for UI and API using Playwright and Karate.
- Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks following industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of automation practices and collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure software quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) with hands-on automation testing.
- Strong expertise in Playwright and Karate (JavaScript) for UI and API automation.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java; graduation degree mandatory.
- Location: Kochi; management level: Senior Analyst (Level 10).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, reusable automation test frameworks and integrating them in CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments with knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Familiar with AI-assisted testing tools and leveraging AI to improve test design and automation productivity.
