About This Role
- Independently manage complex application packaging projects including repackaging, compatibility remediation, and deployment scripting for large global enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain MSI, MSIX, App-V packages, and implement Intune/SCCM deployment strategies, including integration with automation pipelines and advanced scripting.
- Lead quality governance by defining packaging standards, conducting technical reviews, tracking metrics, and contributing to platform and tooling improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BCA, B.Sc. IT/CS, MCA or equivalent senior enterprise packaging experience.
- Experience Required: Mid-senior level with advanced skills in MSI packaging, MSIX packaging, App-V sequencing, Intune Win32 and SCCM deployment, and advanced PowerShell scripting.
- Strong expertise in application compatibility remediation using ACT, shims, PSF fixups, and deep Windows internals knowledge (registry, file system, services).
- Work Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India; hybrid/remote options subject to client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex multi-component installers and advanced repackaging scenarios with strong troubleshooting and compatibility remediation skills.
- Proficient in integrating packaging workflows into DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Graph API, and automation scripting for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Able to lead technical quality governance, mentor junior packagers, and manage packaging standards and SLA governance effectively.
