About This Role
- Own and lead enterprise-scale D365 technical architecture and modernization initiatives, focusing on Retail D365 and Finance & Operations (F&O) architecture.
- Support governance, optimization, and scalability improvements for live D365 production environments, including technical support escalations and RCA activities.
- Drive standards by reviewing code quality, deployment processes, conducting technical workshops, and supporting roadmap planning and estimations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of D365 technical architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in D365 F&O architecture, Retail and Commerce architecture, Azure integrations, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years of relevant D365 technical architecture experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in enterprise-scale D365 implementations with deep understanding of POS and Commerce integrations.
- Comfortable driving technical governance and architecture standards across complex live production environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and technical leadership for architecture modernization and support escalation management.
