About This Role
- Manage and develop solutions on Gainsight and Salesforce platforms including hands-on development, testing, and implementation of features.
- Provide technical support and perform root cause analysis for production issues to ensure application availability and SLA adherence.
- Lead sub-team technical efforts, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to enhance customer success workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience with Gainsight platform, preferred Gainsight NXT platform experience.
- Minimum of 3 years Salesforce.com configuration and administration experience recommended.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours and travel up to 5% as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and supporting complex Gainsight and Salesforce integrated solutions in agile environments.
- Capable of independently leading technical efforts and mentoring junior team members in application lifecycle and incident management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analysis skills with experience in AI/ML workflows, Python coding, and customer success domain knowledge.
