About This Role
- Own and deliver end-to-end software features including design, architecture, implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Lead architectural discussions and research on product solutions and performance optimizations.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and UX Designers on new feature development.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience building highly available distributed systems at scale.
- Proficient in Java/J2EE, Full stack development, Python, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, AWS Cloud, API development.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work model requiring minimum three days a week onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable distributed systems across the full technology stack including microservices and cloud environments.
- Strong technical leadership with ability to architect solutions and lead R&D for performance enhancements.
- Effective communicator comfortable interfacing with business users and leading technical teams.
