About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot software components for the firm's technology products ensuring secure, stable, and scalable delivery.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts, ensuring software code meets design constraints and high-quality production standards.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, validating outputs through peer review and automated testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Java application development using JAVA, Spring Boot, REST, JPA, Hibernate, and Web services.
- Working knowledge in at least one Public Cloud environment: AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, RDS), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools with ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs critically.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in system design and operational stability within agile software engineering teams focused on distributed microservices architecture.
- Proficient in front-end UI frameworks like React JS or Angular JS, and in modern DevOps build tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket/Git.
- Capable of responsibly integrating AI tools in engineering workflows, guiding peers on secure, effective AI use adhering to resiliency and security standards.
