About This Role
- Maintain property and ensure all facilities are safe and well-functioning, including equipment upkeep and managing utility costs.
- Oversee vendor and inventory management, control building-related activities like security, parking, waste disposal, and interact with government agencies.
- Prepare and share daily reports, handle resident complaints, manage manpower allocation, and conduct HIRA assessments.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a facilities manager or in a relevant position.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
- Ability to conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- Work Experience Required: Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position.

- Experienced in technical and engineering operations with facilities management best practices.
- Capable of organizational leadership with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Comfortable managing multiple facility operations including housekeeping, landscaping, utilities, and interacting with clients and government agencies.
