About This Role
- Architect, build, and lead development of scalable and secure backend and frontend enterprise applications.
- Develop and implement automated testing, best coding practices, and quality gates for CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 10+ years preferred.
- 2+ years experience in technical leadership or engineering management role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native intelligence analytics solutions, Go/Python/Java, backend SQL/NoSQL databases, microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technical leader comfortable with hands-on engineering and mentoring to raise team capabilities.
- Strong in building data warehouse analytics and scalable enterprise systems involving frontend (React) and backend technologies.
- Experience with machine learning/AI techniques, system observability, and fostering continuous delivery/engineering best practices.
