About This Role
- Lead and manage software development quality practices including Clean Code, SOLID design principles, and design principles for the team.
- Manage and unblock software delivery processes, coordinate dependencies, and guide technical approaches for development problems.
- Utilize knowledge of Investment Banking and Regulatory Reporting in developing Java full-stack applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of software development experience in Java full stack.
- Mandatory skills: Core Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Spring Security, Angular, REST APIs, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, XL Deploy.
- Familiarity with Unix and Windows OS, Eclipse/IntelliJ IDEs, production monitoring tools, and production best practices.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in Java full stack development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technical quality and delivery within Java full-stack teams in a financial or investment banking context.
- Comfortable working with continuous integration/deployment pipelines and production environments.
- Has strategic understanding of regulatory reporting and investment banking domain impacts on software solutions.
