About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, high-performance financial technology software solutions across full stack, front-end, and back-end.
- Drive strategic improvements in software development lifecycle processes including coding standards, testing protocols, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies using AI/ML tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, conduct code reviews, and guide the team to deliver innovative applications aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 13-15 years of work experience in software development lifecycle across full stack, front-end, back-end, and UI/UX engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least one cloud certification: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
- Work Environment: Hybrid office setting.

- Experienced in leading complex, mission-critical software projects in financial technology domain with responsibility for system scalability, security, and performance.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages including Java, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, and Flutter, with hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Skilled in driving technical standards, agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and fostering innovation through AI/ML tools within software engineering teams.
