About This Role
- Manage end-to-end retail and eCommerce customer order processing including EDI and manual order creation.
- Coordinate with Key Account team, 3PL, Contact Centre, and retailers to resolve order, delivery, credit, and invoicing issues.
- Oversee reverse logistics and other sales streams such as Proforma orders, sample orders, and B2B, ensuring timely refunds and stock reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar sales order processing or analyst role.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
- Must be comfortable working night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM).
- Knowledge of 3PL, Logistics, transportation SAP systems, and strong MS Office skills required.
