About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects including design, blueprint, solutioning, and deployment of finance enabling technologies such as Blackline and Redwood.
- Manage client engagements including workshops, stakeholder presentations, and governance for finance programs addressing operating models, process transformation, and shared services.
- Drive continuous improvement in methodology, tools, and practices within finance technology implementation and transform finance functions for large enterprise clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounts domain with finance transformation and technology implementation focus.
- Educational qualification of MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA.
- Mandatory skills: Experience in implementing and consulting on finance close tools such as Blackline or Redwood.
- Must have led multiple (3-5) full lifecycle implementations including assessment, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of finance tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage large, complex finance transformation programs including shared services operating model design and finance process reengineering.
- Experience operating in global, multi-stakeholder environments with client-facing and people management responsibilities.
- Strong domain expertise in finance processes (e.g., financial close, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger) combined with hands-on experience in finance technology tools and integration.
