About This Role
- Own full financial management of the hotel including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and internal controls.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and KPIs for senior management.
- Lead financial strategy development for revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency, and manage cash flow and cost control measures.
Minimum Requirements
- CA / MCom / Diploma in Finance required.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in financial management.
- Proficient in English language.
- Experience in implementing accounting policies, taxation, statutory compliance, and commercial norms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance professional with proven ability to prepare complex financial reports and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Capable of leading and mentoring finance teams while driving operational efficiency and cost control in a hospitality environment.
- Comfortable interfacing with internal finance functions and external vendors/government compliance bodies to ensure financial and regulatory adherence.
