About This Role
- Oversee smooth accounting operations including transaction recording, billing, payroll, treasury, and financial reporting for multiple international entities.
- Manage statutory and internal audits ensuring timely closure with minimal audit issues, and maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies.
- Maintain treasury functions including cash flow management, forex/FEMA compliance, balance sheet integrity, tax matters, and coordination with FP&A to meet working capital KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years post-qualification experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Professional qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA.
- Experience with IND AS/IFRS adoption and conversion; knowledge of SUN6 Systems and Cognos preferred.
- Proficiency in English and local language; willingness to travel moderately at short notice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end accounting and finance operations for multinational or large corporate environments.
- Comfortable managing audits, statutory compliance, treasury, tax assessments, and working closely with regional and corporate finance teams.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, decision-making under pressure, and ability to lead change while ensuring adherence to financial controls and policies.
