About This Role
- Own requirements quality and alignment for SAP Commerce (Hybris) B2B commerce initiatives across discovery, deployment, and hypercare phases.
- Lead stakeholder management, translating business needs into functional specifications, and drive solution alignment and measurable business outcomes.
- Support Agile delivery by coordinating with development and QA, prioritizing backlog, and tracking business benefits realization.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of Business Analysis experience with complex digital commerce focus, including SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementations or AMS.
- Strong experience in B2B Commerce domain and understanding of digital commerce processes and integrations.
- Proficiency with requirements documentation tools (JIRA/Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart) and software delivery lifecycle.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in Business Analysis; Other specific certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale, multi-workstream digital commerce projects, especially in SAP Commerce within B2B environments.
- Skilled at bridging business and technical teams with strong stakeholder management and advanced requirements engineering capabilities.
- Comfortable working with distributed global teams and supporting Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
