About This Role
- Lead an SKO delivery POD accountable for delivering agreed project scope on time, quality, and commercial terms as single point of contact for client.
- Manage business analysis, project/delivery planning, Scrum Master facilitation, and POD team leadership including sprint events, backlog management, and release coordination.
- Ensure quality gates, handle client governance, sprint metrics tracking, impediment removal, and foster continuous improvement within the POD.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years total experience in software/technology projects, including 5+ years business analysis and 2+ years Scrum Master or delivery lead for cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years client-facing primary point of contact experience.
- Must hold a recognized business analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, IIBA-AAC or equivalent).
- Scrum certification (PSM I, CSM, SAFe) and project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP) strongly preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary technical delivery teams (front-end, API/middleware, database, QA) with strong client engagement skills.
- Skilled in comprehensive end-to-end agile delivery including requirements elicitation, backlog grooming, sprint facilitation, and release management.
- Capable of handling project scope, risks, change management, and team development within a client and delivery governance framework.
