About This Role
- Own support, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud (SMC) and related Fusion modules to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable solutions, automate workflows, and maintain system performance including incident and change management.
- Manage system lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting complex issues, and participate in on-call rotations to uphold system health and uptime.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in Systems Engineering or similar technology role with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications experience.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud (SMC) including configuration, billing, renewals, and integration with modules like PIM, FOM, Pricing, Receivables, Revenue Management, and Customer Data Management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Technical skills including scripting/programming languages, DevOps tools familiarity, and ability to support SaaS platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration to optimize and automate complex SaaS system workflows and configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud suite integrations, APIs, and release management processes.
- Comfortable operating in agile environments with responsibility for end-to-end system lifecycle management and proactive incident response.
