About This Role
- Own technical delivery responsibilities for the scrum team, including requirement articulation and translation to the technical team.
- Provide and manage BDD scenarios for JIRA stories and ensure delivery ownership especially for offshore deliverables.
- Responsible for reviewing design, test cases, code and conducting smoke, unit, and integration testing, with some involvement in estimation and Agile practices adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as Lead Business Analyst in software development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Agile@Scale Framework.
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to use SQL and Excel for data analysis.
- Experience coordinating onsite/offshore teams and delivering offshore outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong techno-functional understanding with ability to comprehend end-to-end system architecture and document software development lifecycle phases.
- Proficiency in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement) and backlog management with experience grooming junior BAs.
- Experience driving operational/business meetings and defining project catalogues applicable to production releases.
