About This Role
- Manage and supervise India-based junior resources across content, research, marketing, and creative production, including task assignments, deadlines, quality control, and hiring recommendations.
- Execute growth operations activities such as demand generation, email marketing, supplier outreach, SEO implementation, content calendar management, distribution, and reporting.
- Administer Zoho CRM and Campaigns including automations, segmentation, lead tracking, funnel reporting, and campaign attribution, while introducing AI-assisted processes to improve team productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in growth or marketing operations with coordination or management experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRM (specifically Zoho), email marketing, SEO, outreach, and analytics.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with US leadership remotely.
- India-based remote work capability; familiarity with AI tools is expected; specific notice period not mentioned.
