About This Role
- Lead day-to-day production support and operational continuity for the EDI environment serving the US market, focusing on IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Axway B2Bi, and Lightwell platforms.
- Manage incident response including triage, troubleshooting, partner coordination, and escalation in a 24x7 rotating shift model.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process standardization, partner onboarding support, operational reporting, and documentation updates to enhance service quality and resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years experience in EDI/B2B integration implementation, production support, and service operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or Axway B2Bi; experience with Lightwell preferred.
- Willingness to work 24x7 production support shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams in high-availability, SLA-driven EDI production support environments.
- Strong technical depth in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT), transaction troubleshooting, and incident management across multiple EDI platforms.
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with operational ownership and continuous improvement focus.
