About This Role
- Lead and manage hotel operations across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance to meet property goals.
- Improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize financial performance of operations departments.
- Manage staff operations, enforce standards and procedures, and address guest and employee concerns proactively.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma with 4 years relevant experience OR 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years experience.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- Location Requirement: Based near Mumbai Naka, Nashik area (Mumbai-Agra National Highway).
- Must be available for full-time onsite management role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multiple hotel operations departments with strong leadership in guest service and team motivation.
- Able to analyze and improve guest satisfaction and financial performance using operational data and audits.
- Competent in human resource activities including hiring, training, and staff coaching to build a capable operations team.
