About This Role
- Lead delivery of strategic platform projects translating business requirements into functional designs and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally, expanding network within the bank and partner teams.
- Drive system improvements, manage key controls, support business continuity plans, and ensure operational alignment with regulatory and compliance objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in AML, CDD, and KYC with strong expertise in customer due diligence and pkyc activities.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, policy interpretation, and risk-based decision-making within AML/KYC framework.
- Supply chain management leadership experience with knowledge of best practices and project management methodologies.
- Work Location: India (Gurugram) with shift patterns covering UK working hours.

- Experienced in AML/KYC operations with deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk-based decision-making.
- Capable of operating at the intersection of technology governance, business process design, and compliance management.
- Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder relationships and providing consultancy on standards, controls, and business continuity planning.
