About This Role
- Design and implement intelligent autonomous systems automating payroll processes including salary computation, tax deductions, compliance checks, and FAQ generation.
- Integrate AI agents with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday as well as HRIS systems to streamline payroll workflows.
- Leverage Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure AI, Power Automate) to create autonomous workflows ensuring compliance and improving employee experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in AI-driven payroll systems or related domain.
- Educational qualification: BCA with AI course or related qualification.
- Mandatory skills include strong knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, ERP system integration, Python programming, API integration, and proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Location requirement: Must be based in or willing to work from Bengaluru office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building multi-agent AI orchestration systems specifically for payroll or HR finance domains.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, and ERP integrations indicating ability to handle large-scale enterprise workflows.
- Possesses industry certifications in Agentic AI and Microsoft AI technologies reflecting depth in AI solution design and implementation.
