About This Role
- Lead program management and execution for key business initiatives across multiple teams including business, technology, risk, and operations within Institutional Securities Group (ISG).
- Support multi-workstream consulting engagements covering front office, risk, finance, operations, and technology areas, ensuring delivery quality and deadline adherence.
- Drive operational improvements, change management, governance, and risk monitoring while producing management reports and senior leadership presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10+ years professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation, preferably in financial services supporting Sales & Trading/Global Markets.
- Strong understanding of Sales & Trading/Global Markets ecosystem including trading products, trade lifecycle, risk management, and regulatory drivers.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in business, finance, economics, engineering or related fields preferred.
- Experience with program delivery, stakeholder coordination across cross-functional teams, and proficiency in data/analytics, AI/ML, and automation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale organizational change programs involving regulatory changes, mergers, or restructures within a financial institution or consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver strategic transformation in Sales & Trading/Global Markets context.
- Background in top-tier consulting, global investment banks, or asset management with proven skills in internal consulting, strategy, PMO, or transformation functions.
