About This Role
- Own end-to-end scheduling and delivery operations for training programs, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to cancellation policies.
- Manage daily scheduling activities across multiple systems and provide management reporting on team performance against quality and productivity metrics.
- Lead and coach the scheduling team, handle escalations, manage people processes, and contribute to process improvements related to LMS and scheduling tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Any Graduation degree required.
- 7 to 11 years of total work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling learning administration with exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Project management and team leadership experience is required; knowledge of scheduling methodologies and strong organizational skills mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing scheduling and delivery operations within learning development or similar administrative environments.
- Capable of handling escalations and coordinating across multiple teams including Delivery Services Management and BI.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on optimizing resource utilization and adhering to contractual service metrics.
