About This Role
- Own and manage the Allocations and Profitability Management product roadmap and delivery backlog, prioritizing business requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document Finance-related requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technology teams, and manage UAT processes including test planning, defect management, and business validation.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to optimize allocation methodologies and profitability processes, ensuring solutions meet governance, reporting, and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Finance systems, product management, FP&A, cost management, allocations, or Finance transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of allocation methodologies and profitability management concepts.
- Experience preparing Business Requirements Documents, Functional Design Documents, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product roadmaps and delivering enterprise Finance initiatives, specifically in allocations and profitability management.
- Familiarity with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) and Oracle EPM platforms or similar Finance platforms.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder management within large enterprise Finance transformation programs.
